Outfit :: Winter Puffer

Hello! I’m so excited to unveil my blog’s face lift today! I’ve been meaning to update the design of the blog for quite some time now. I spent much of the month making changes, transferring to the right platform and making  tweeks here and there. A SUPER thanks goes out to Cornelius for helping me with this redesign and all the technical aspect of things. I’m very happy with the end product! The blog will always be evolving and this is just the start of that journey! I’d love to hear some thoughts from you on the redesign, please feel free to share.

On to my outfit … before the crazy cold frigid weather hit the city, I had the chance to sport my new winter puffer jacket from Persunmall (sold out but they have TONS of jackets for under $100). I thought this jacket was such a great alternative to a usual plain version. I love the tweed trim around this creamy soft winter puffer, it mimics a classic Chanel style. I decided to pair this jacket with something casual – my go-to faux leather pants, a cozy knit and my Nike sneakers that I scored for under $50 during Boxing Day.

I’m also a “big bag” kind of gal. Especially now that I’ve got somewhat of a longer commute, I prefer carrying a bag that can hold my whole world. Total steal on scoring this 31 Hour Bag for less then 50% off. I’ve been extra careful with it as the leather is fairly delicate, but totally worth the spend as I can see this transition well into the summer as an overnight bag.
