I love the Fall season. Sadly, Fall lasts for only a short couple of weeks in Toronto, at least it sure feels that way. There is only as teeny window of time where you can pair a skirt and boots without having to wear tights or throw on a long sleeve button up without having to layer on sweaters and jackets to keep warm. Therefore Fall is certainly a precious and fashionable time for me.
On this beautiful sunny Fall day last weekend in Toronto, I had a little bit of fun with my outfit and combined plaid print with leopard and a quilted faux leather skirt – all my favourite items this season. All these pieces are so versatile, the plaid shirt can be paired with jeans for a casual look, whereas the quilted skirt (less than $30!) can be transitioned to cooler weather with a pair of tights and a cropped sweater. Of course – leopard print accessories are always fun to pair with any outfit.
What are some of your Fall perfect paired items?
I’m also absolutely swooning over my “DO WHAT MATTERS, forget the rest” custom watch by May28th. You can upload any image to create a watch of your own.
Wearing: Plaid Top (lusting over this version) / Quilted Skirt / Leopard Clutch (from GAP not available online, but similar here and here) / Custom Watch / Booties (highly recommend this one as well)
How’s your week so far? I’m heading home from Iowa and looking forward to heading back to catch up on my outstanding list of home projects. I’m eager to complete them so I can finally take some photos and share with you. Next week, I’ll be sharing a few Halloween DIY ideas, be sure to check back!
