Happy Friday! Today, I’m sharing a snippet of my latest contribution on Titika’s blog! Being a city girl, there are two priorities to my daily routine – packing lightly for my commute and an outfit that combines comfort and style. With many day time meetings on the go, trying to fit a workout in post 9 to 5, and socializing with friends at night, I’m not interested, nor willing to lug a mini suitcase of clothes and shoes to change from work to workout, or workout to play. Who does?!
What if I said, instead of coordinating three outfits in one day, you can easily transform and sport your active wear at work to cocktail hour? Too good to be true? Absolutely not!
Here’s how we combine fashion with function.
Delicate materials such as lace adds instant appeal to any outfit. The NIOBE top is perfect layered over a work-out tank, paired with dress pants or a skirt at the office. Later, remove at the studio for your exercise sesh! If you’re feeling extra racey in your lacey, a cropped top such as the Celia Bra layered inside is also a great option for a night out with friends.
