Hi hi! Just a quick hello today to share some of my recent additions to the Fall wardrobe. Writing this post made me realized that I’ve been gravitating towards basic pieces and simple colors like black, white, navy, and gray. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with staples and classics!
What have you been collecting in your closet lately?
I am O-B-S-E-S-S-E-D with my new pointy black flats from Zara (sold out in stores and online but kitten heel version here). I typically wear a size EU37/US6.5 at Zara but for this pointy number, I had to pick up one size up, just a little bit of info for ya! My lovely flats are also sitting on my new Nate Berkus for Target runner – I LOVE IT!
Who says crop tops are only for the Summer? I’m planning to incorporate my new crops tops (stripes from Zara and black tank from Persunmall) with high waist skirts, casual denim, and for my black cropped tank – layer under sheer blouses and sweaters.
Meet my newest pretty friend straight from Ferragamo in Florence (thanks to my dear friend for transporting!). I can’t wait to take this out, it is still patiently sitting in the box as a decorative item in our bedroom. I’m a huge fan of the infamous Ferragamo bow and can’t believe this is finally a part of my collection! (similar here)
Nouveau Grunge? I love pairing this casual tee and leopard felt hat (from H&M) with a pair of skinnies and heels – really speaks to a modern ‘grunge’ style (T-shirt sold out but “Nouveau Punk” version available).
Being a long time J.Crew fan – I was stoked to find this J.Crew look alike at Ardene at the Dufferin Mall (attention – my sister has been trying to hunt this bad boy down last few days with NO LUCK – get it online!). This embellished sweatshirt is perfect for layering on top of flannels, adding a feminine touch to my wardrobe.
Thanks for checking in! Hope you’re having a great start to your week. If you have time, check out my recent feature on Cut Out + Keep as this week’s Fashion Superstar (they also have a zillion DIY and craft projects!).
