It’s been some time since I did a round up of my seasonal beauty favourites! Oh boy, I’ve been trying a lot of different beauty and makeup products just in time for the start of Fall and it was so hard to select a handful to share with you!
The products I’m sharing today are primarily brand new products I’ve never tried before and I’m so glad to find so many that I’ve fallen in love with in such a short period of time! For Fall, I’m most excited and focused on creating rich and dramatic beauty looks and looking forward to leaving shimmery bronzers and shades of pink behind.

Face – Makeup
I’m totally impressed with Kat Von D’s line of makeup products. For Fall, I am opting for a creamier foundation with more coverage instead of a lightweight bb cream which I typically use during the warmer temperatures. I have been using the Kat Von D Lock-It Edge Foundation Brush to apply my foundation. The brush has a sculpted shape which allows for precise application from every angle. In addition to this mighty brush, I’ve also been using the Lock-It Setting Powder as the final touch alongside with the Lock-It Setting Powder Brush. I’ve always struggled with an oily t-zone and the Lock-It Setting Powder is super lightweight (30% less than others in the market due to the use of lightweight mica powders in its formula) but also delivers extreme mattifying powers. This weightless translucent loose powder, formulated with Micro-Blurring Technology™ is the perfect way to set and create a flawless, locked-in finish.
If you’re looking for an illuminating powder instead of a setting powder, I recommend Guerlain’s Météorites Illuminating Powder Pearls. They are so beautiful and smells amazing. The pearls come in a few different shades, the one I’m showing in the photo is Claire which is most suitable for fair skin. I’ve always wanted to add this beautiful product to my vanity and so happy that it’s finally made its way!

Face – Skin Care
The Charlotte’s Magic Cream’ Treat & Transform Moisturizer is exactly that – magic! This Charlotte Tilbury cream is a secret mix of patented anti-aging, hydrating and youth-promoting ingredients that lift and transform tired skin in an instant. For those of you that are interested in the science behind this cream, it stimulates collagen production and cell energy while fighting free radicals to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. I am so thrilled to be slathering my skin with this jar of goodness throughout the colder months when my skin is more tired and lack luster.
We tend to forget about our eyes and lips when it comes to moisturizing, but these are areas that are most prone to fine lines, revealing first signs of aging. If you’re looking for something that is extravagant, the Guerlain Orchidée Impériale The Eye and Lip Cream is top of the line. This small jar comes at a hefty price point, but this proprietary technology from Guerlain guarantees results (decreased appearance of dark circles and firmer-looking lip contour).
Face – Mask
So many people have been raving about the Fresh Rose Face Mask and I’ve finally given it a try! This mask is suitable for all skin types – normal, oily, combination, dry or sensitive. It is a hydrating and toning gel mask that’s infused with real rose petals, pure rosewater, and a smart algae that delivers optimum moisture. The mask is best to fight against dryness, redness, and exposed pores. The texture is gel like and cool to touch and it’s best applied with a generous layer for extra hydrating results! And guys, it smells delicious!
Face – Wash
If you haven’t seen the Foreo line of products yet, please go and check them out! They not only make face cleansing brushes but also make toothbrushes! The LUNA play is a waterproof facial cleansing device that channels T-Sonic™ pulsations through soft silicone touch-points for deep and gentle cleansing, its like giving your face a mini massage. It is extremely ideal for travel and like the other larger LUNA products, these cleansing brushes are a better alternative then others in the market that have bristle brushes. You will never need to replace heads and you can thoroughly clean this device without worrying about trapped dirt.

Eyes – Lashes
Roxanne from Bonjour Bliss introduced the Lancôme‘Cils Booster XL’ Super Enhancing Mascara Base to me while we were in Whistler together. She swore by this and it made her lashes so lush! I of course, had to give it a try! I was getting lash extensions for a while but decided to give my natural lashes a break and stopped getting them applied. I missed how full my lashes looked and so glad that this mascara base gives me that extra lift without the added weight. Taking Roxanne’s advice, I generally apply one layer of this base, let it completely dry before applying my regular mascara. It not only adds lift but I also found that it acts as a protector, to reduce my mascara from running.

Lips
I received this box of jaw dropping multisticks from the BITE Beauty team and I’ve never looked forward to wearing lipsticks this much. These BITE Beauty Mulitsticks apply like a cream and wears like a powder for weightless color application, they are suitable to apply with your finger or a brush on the eyes, lips, and cheeks! These multisticks are blendable, breathable, and buildable making it extremely easy for you to try new looks, especially transitioning from summer to Fall. The entire line features 18 shades, most of them are universal shades made suitable for the eyes, lips, and cheeks that compliment all skin tones and are formulated to use anywhere on the face.
My most favourite is Biscotti for Fall. I never thought I could pull off a darker tone, but oh my, it looks fantastic!! If you’re looking for a warmer shade, I also recommend Macaroon. It exhibits a beautiful pink tone.

Fragrance
Last but not least, Fall brings along not only new temperatures, wardrobe and pumpkin spiced lattes, but I’ve always found that it sets a different mood. It makes me want to snuggle and cozy up and have always inspired me to change up my fragrances. I absolutely adore the few I am about the introduce and as you know, every scent transforms slightly differently when it hits the uniqueness of our skin, so I urge you to go for a test.
Laila Eau de Parfum is a blend of natural oils and an infusion of Norwegian mountain wildflowers with just a touch of fruit inflections—including watermelon. It’s smells wonderful and makes me feel sexy AF!
Chloé Fleur de Parfum is the newest addition to Chloe’s line up of fragrances. This fragrance has a fruity scent and infused with rose petals and warmed with soft woods which is perfect for that Fall feeling.
I had the privilege to meet NEST Fragrance‘s owner during her visit to Toronto a couple of months ago. And I was instantly intrigued by the story behind how each fragrance bottle floral backdrop was originally hand drawn by an artist. Each bottle is a work of art. I’ve fallen in love with this brand since and the fragrances smell so amazing. NEST also has a suite of home fragrances including candles, hand soaps, and diffusers.
For summer, I love the scent Citrine, but for Fall, I am opting for Dahlia & Vines or Indigo (the roller ball is perfect to tuck in your purse!).
