Dental care has always been very important in our family. Growing up, my parents wanted to take full advantage of our dental benefits as I believe in Hong Kong, dental care was very expensive and certainly not a part of their regular health care benefits. When it comes to at home dental care, I know many of you are interested in at home whitening solutions. There are many at home whitening kits that involve stripes which I honestly am not a big fan of. I find them extremely slippery and not so easy to apply.
