Looks like Mr. Wang’s Aline high strap leather caged heels (short version here) are pretty much sold out across the globe. Definitely a pair of heels that I would LOVE to have in my closet but let’s face it, from a practicality standpoint, I just won’t get much wear out of it. However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t thought about DIY-ing my own pair. I didn’t actually complete this project but hopefully this DIY inspiration idea will encourage you to try your own.

What you need:
T-strap or caged sandals (great option) / skinny black belt x 2 (or leather cording/straps and Velcro strips) / E-6000 Glue / Scissors
Simple instructions:
Measure the length of strap you want going high and around your leg. Cut the belts to length, glue edge of belt to your shoe and the strap that goes around your leg, VIOLA! Easy Peasy!
