If you’re looking for holiday entertaining or recipe ideas, you MUST visit the PC Insiders Boutique located in the heart of Downtown Toronto. I was recently invited to experience an evening of delicious food and drink with my friends at President’s Choice who recently launched the PC Insiders Collection featuring 70 new, innovative, holiday inspired products.
The PC Insiders Collection Boutique is opened to the public and guests are invited to sample a selection of food and drink from the holiday collection that were inspired by four occasions: Dine, Brunch, Mingle, and Gift. During my visit, I had the chance to try dishes such as PC black label Beet & Goat Cheese Fresh Pasta, PC Butter Chicken Poutine, and PC World of Flavours Sweet & Spicy Gochujang Chicken Wings.
Interested in visiting this one of a kind pop up boutique? Keep reading to find out more and your chance to win $100 to spend on the newly launched line of PC Insiders Collection products!
There are four beautifully decorated rooms within the boutique that were inspired by the Collection Occasions – Dine, Brunch, Mingle, and Gift. Small plate tastings are held daily on a walk in basis (with the exception of Monday) to introduce the line of extraordinary items. The Brunch room delivers food samples via a moving train set while the Gift room offers your chance to take a small box of chocolates to share with loved ones at home! Certainly no lack of surprises!
In terms of my most favourite PC Insiders Collection recipes, nothing beats a well curated charcuterie and cheese board, showcasing a variety of soft and hard cheeses combined with an assortment of cured meats including a highly recommended suggestion – the PC black label Iberico Ham. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
As for brunch? I’m obsessed with PC The Decadent Chocolate Cherry Loaf which is extremely tasty lightly toasted with a single spread of the PC Speculoos Cookie Butter (yes… YUM) or if you’re feeling extra fancy, stacked layers high, stuffed with a warm cherry spread and dollop of cool whip.
If you’re looking to try your hand at some of these recipes, I’ve got a treat for you! One lucky reader will be selected to win a PC Gift Card valued at $100 CDN. Enter using the widget below!
