I am a big fan of subscription services. I like the idea of surprises showing up at my doorstep and being able to try new things on a frequent basis. I’ve tried many subscription services in the past, primarily beauty subscription services. However, I’ve really enjoyed the food and drink subscription services I’ve been introduced to lately. They’ve made our diet more interesting and fun!
Here is a round up of a few food and drink subscriptions services that I’d recommend, all of these are available for delivery in Toronto and some across Canada.
Nomad Coffee Club
For the coffee lovers out there, this will sure satisfy your taste buds. Nomad Coffee Club partners with a different local coffee roasters to test and pick the best types of coffee. Subscribers have start at $25 per month for a single pack (brews up to 35 cups) and $40 for a double pack (brews up to 75 cups). The subscription service is a month to month plan that auto renews however you can cancel or skip anytime.
The coffee arrives beautifully packaged at your doorstep and these are perfect as gifts (Father’s Day is on its way!). I’m happy to share an exclusive promo code with you, enter MYLITTLESECRETS to receive 10% off your next order!

Naked Snacks
I’m always hungry at the office but rarely stock up snacks since I generally gravitate towards the not-so-healthy type of snacks. Totally obsessed with Naked Snacks’ snackbox subscription service. Naked Snacks offers healthy snack options. Subscribers can choose from Lite Snacker (Low Calorie Option), Chef’s Choice (hand-selected by popular demand), and High Energy (power-packed fuel). Subscription plans are available on month-to-month, 3-month, or 6-month basis. Each box works out to be under $30 which includes 5 packs of yummy snacks!
My total favourite is the Tuscan Roadtrip which includes dried blueberries, dried cherries, roasted cashews, roasted salted pistachios, almonds, and wait… dark chocolate! Check out the rest of their snacks!
I highly recommend Naked Snacks for your office and they are have gift options.
Chef’s Plate
I’m a big fan of fresh ingredients and delicious recipes delivered to my door. I enjoy cooking but some days, we’re both exhausted from work and neither of us want to prepare a meal. Therefore we end up ordering in pizza or heating up canned soup. As much as I love a good ol’ fashion can of chicken noodle soup, it certainly doesn’t speak a balanced meal.
Chef’s Plate offers a weekly subscription service, that delivers 2 or 3 meals per week for either 2 or 4 people. You can cancel or skip a week any time. Each meal roughly works out to $10 per plate. Their menu changes weekly, therefore you get the chance try out different recipes. I love the fact that each meal box comes equipped with all the fresh ingredients you require to complete the recipe and all items are already prepared!
I had the chance to cook up some Pan Seared Scallops with baby spinach and spiced pomegranate dressing, it was super easy, and may I say, absolutely divine?!
Cedar Juice
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you already know that I’ve tackled a couple of juice cleanses. Happy to share that I’m yet on another cleanse with Cedar Juice as we speak. However, this time, I’m only doing a one-day cleanse. There are many cold-pressed juiceries in Toronto and many of them deliver your supply of juices right to your door step.
You can read all about my 3 day Cedar Juice cleanse experience from a previous post. If juice cleansing isn’t the right thing for you, you can still enjoy these juices on a leisure basis because they taste incredible and are packed with nutrients.
