For my wedding day, I wanted to look timeless. Therefore, I opted for simple yet stunning jewelry and accessories. I also wanted to make a selection of pieces that weren’t overly ‘bridal’, so that I could incorporate them into my regular wardrobe again.
I had searched months for a pair of earrings and finally met the perfect pair of delicate sparkly scalloped edge chandelier earrings. For my feet, I picked a classic pair of nude patent Ferragamos I’ve been meaning to add to my wardrobe for years. For my wrists, I started the day with a simple pearl bracelet embellished with a center crystal-clustered bead c/o of Vivah Jewellery and later ended up with an additional gifted diamond tennis bracelet from my parents (woah! They are too sweet).
I don’t often see brides carry a clutch or bag on her wedding day, but sure am glad I decided to take this beautiful golden clutch also c/o of Vivah Jewellery along my side (my maids took turns keeping it for me while I wasn’t able to). I was able to take along some important items with me such as a mini makeup touch up kit, tissues, tide-to-go, and I managed to keep my phone close by my side (hello… Instagram?! LOL, all jokes aside, in case of unexpected vendor emergencies).
For all you bride-to-be’s or if you’re simply attending an upcoming wedding, I want to celebrate with you!

a cousin’s wedding – they had a buffet and the table holding the roasts that were being carved collapsed just as the bride and groom were up!
My most favorite moment was at my future Brother-In-Law’s wedding. Instead of your typical “clinking” of the cups, Instead, they made other couples in the room kiss first and then the bride and groom would copy! Super cute idea!
I loved a friend’s wedding where for a full year beforehand the bride’s mother hit up every yard sale and antique store she could find, buying paper napkins, china, teacups, linens, and silver, and then the whole wedding was very classy DIY elegance. It was the best wedding I’ve been to.
My friend took time in her wedding to play piano and sing to her husband. It was lovely.
When my brother got married he gave the sweetest vows to his now wife. He’s usually very silly but for this he was so sincere and emotional. It was really beautiful. He even cried and now makes excuses saying it was just “allergies”
Most memorable has to be our wedding vows exchanged – not a dry eye in the room! So emotional! THanks for the chance! I would love to win this for my sister who’s getting married soon!
I don’t quite have a memorable moment just yet, but my wedding is just 5 months away! i’m sure theres going to be plenty of special moments and memories made there.
The most memorable moment I’ve ever been to at a wedding was when the bride had her late father’s favorite song playing and everyone danced in his memory. It was so touching.
probably just seeing my wife – to -be coming down the aisle. it hit home how lucky i was
my favorite moment is when the groom first sees the bride!
When my fiance’s sister first walked down the aisle…I cried like a baby!
My most memorable wedding was an outdoor DIY wedding in Colorado. The reception was held next to a grove of Aspens and a stream. They had lights strung up throughout the trees. It was like a magically rustic forest.
Getting to be the maid of honor for my cousin’s wedding!
My most memorable wedding was when my parents got remarried. My dad was on his death bed from liver/colon cancer and so my parents decided to get remarried in the hospital before their 35 anniversary. My dad couldn’t get out of the bed and so they were remarried in his hospital room surround by our family. It was such a beautiful moment. My dad ended up passing away on their anniversary so that wedding moment was the most memorable and special for me.
Watching my baby sister and her husband have their first dance. It was truly magical.
At my cousins wedding my youngest cousin was the ring barer and she was adorable, walking down the aisle all confused and in her little dress!
Catching the bouquet at my best friend’s wedding!
I am so excited! Great giveaway!
My favorite wedding moment was at my parents (mom & stepdad) dancing all night long! It was so much fun and such a memorable evening! My dad passed away a month ago so my fiancé and I are thinking about using my parents wedding song to honor them.
My friend’s destination wedding in Mexico! It was so beautiful and loads of fun!
When my husband put my ring on my finger. Can’t beat that feeling!
The sweetest wedding moment was when I got to my brother’s wedding right from the plane from South Korea. He didn’t know I was coming and I got there 5 minutes before the wedding started. It was a beautiful day
First wedding i went to was over the top with ice sculptures!
My cousin’s wedding and going out to catch the bouquet!
This is a great idea to choose jewellery and wedding accessories which could be added to your wardrobe for future use. I also loved the idea of carrying a clutch. My hearty thanks for announcing this lovely contest and am right away participating in the contest by following widget given.
