I hope you had a great and eventful weekend! I extended my Canadian Thanksgiving holiday last Monday to a week-long staycation. I really needed to get organized, complete a few more wedding planning details, and get started on my ‘getting fit’ plan. I’m so proud to say that I reconnected with my love for yoga this past week, making it to Yoga Tree‘s newest (and sickest) Toronto yoga studio at Bay and Dundas FOUR times.
I was first introduced to yoga over 5 years ago and fell in love with it. I found that yoga offered me a combination of serenity, relaxation, and a kick-ass workout. Many people that have never tried yoga before has a perception that it is not ‘challenging’ enough. Before you judge, I really do urge you to give it a try. I’ve found that it has improved my flexibility, core, muscles, and my overall endurance.

This looks like an amazing giveaway! Sometimes my “workout” consists of power walking at a mall (you know the whole 2 birds one stone idea!), and then there are other times where I work out using my bow flex at home. I’ve always been interested in trying yoga, and winning this giveaway would serve as the big “push” I need to get started. It also wouldn’t hurt that I’d be looking super stylish while wearing my “new” Titika workout gear.

I love a good step and weights class!
I dance and wear comfy but breathable clothing!
To stay fit I climb the stairs & use the elliptical, at work. As for workout wear, it’s whatever t-shirt I don’t care for & my old track pants.
I work out four times a week and practice yoga twice a week. I usually wear Lululemon or Nike attire.
Bootcamp, and run. I love wearing anything dri fit while working out. And wearing a sports bra is a must. It just keeps everything in proper place while jumping and bouncing.
I wear a breathable shirt and attend fitness classes
I try to do yoga whenever I can, and I walk a lot.
I like to play badminton!
I run, do spinning classes, do weights and stretch to keep in shape 🙂
I do yoga, pilates, barre, cardio fit, and variety of other classes to stay fit, i typically wear quick dry/ dry fit clothing.
I love to do hot yoga and pilates!
I love wearing thin, but warm layers when working out.. especially in the fall. group exercise classes are my favourite since everyone is super motivated and time flies!

I went to that same Yoga tree the other week. Staff is super kinda and helpful, and the place is beautiful. For me I’m a cardio junkie, so I’ll wear anything that wicks away the sweat!

I love to do hot yoga classes, and fun group classes at the gym like step and dance classes. Not always the most coordinated, but love doing things in a group to get me motivated and keep me going!
I practice yoga every morning bright and early before work at 8:00 AM. It’s starts my day off on a calming yet ready to work hard tone.
