Investing in beauty products can be quite intimidating.
Unless you’ve tried a specific product before or it has been highly recommended by a trusted source, it’s tough to make a decision on what product to choose. I love collecting beauty samples because they are a great way to try a product before making the full commitment. Samples often come in compact sizes and they’re also perfect packed in my luggage for travel or tucked away in my purse when I’m on the go.

I love a little spice (or sometimes a lot!) in my food. I find spicy foods so warm and comforting. With the dreadful temperatures we’ve been experiencing this winter, all I can think about is snuggling up to a cozy, spicy bowl of stew or perhaps a hot spicy beverage such as this Chili Chocolate Latte for a change!

Lifestyle :: A Must Attend Event for Art Lovers {The Artist Project}
by Natalie Ho 2018.02.16Are you a fellow art lover?
I’ve always been drawn to art. I am pretty sure I take after my Dad who has managed to unleash the artist in him by learning how to paint and since exhibiting at several local art fairs when he retired at the age of 65 from his steady government job.

Beauty :: Erase Aging without the Use of Needles with FILORGA NCTF Reverse
by Natalie Ho 2018.02.10Has the thought of getting fillers injections cross your mind?
I’ve contemplated fillers injections myself but just like many other women out there (two thirds to be exact), resorting to injections and needles just isn’t something that entices me. It’s costly and to be honest, I fear of the ‘gone wrong’ potential or worst, perhaps developing some terrible allergic reaction to it. However, with the arrival of my 35th birthday this year, I’d be the first to admit that skin aging has become a priority concern.

Home Decor :: Two-Way Beverage Cart Styling with HomeSense
by Natalie Ho 2018.02.06Beverage (or bar) carts are often associated with the holiday season. But in my mind, a beverage cart is essential to home entertaining all year round. Whether you’re in the mood for a cocktail or a cup of afternoon tea, there are so many ways to integrate a bar cart into your living space that’s suitable for anyone!
I struggled for quite some time in finding the perfect bar cart. I was never quite happy with the options because they were either too wide, too glitzy, didn’t have enough storage or just way too expensive. That led me to hack my own version a few years ago. Though my DIY version held its own after countless house parties, it was finally due for an upgrade.

Who else loves printed calendars (like this one)?!
There are so many beautiful ones. They are so pretty that I often want to frame them into art pieces!The other day, I had a genius idea while starring at the broken IKEA art frame tucked behind my shelf. I remembered that the glass was shattered when the frame dropped while moving and I had thought to myself, “keep it! I’ll find a way to re-purpose it!”. Fast forward 3 years later, I finally found great use for it.

How well do you know your skin?
I’ve always been under the impression that I have dehydrated skin. Unless the signs are clearly visible, how would I know for sure? And more importantly, how do I know what to combat? I can’t tell you how many times (skincare or not) I thought I was struggling with one type of condition and ended up purchasing a ton of products and treatments to help correct it, only to find out that it was something entirely different.
