Spring has finally sprung and despite the unseasonably chilly weather, I’m totally ready!
This time of the year is honestly the best time to snatch up some great sale finds. I love stocking up on Winter coats and boots that I’ve been eyeing the past few months and storing them away for next season. Often times, there are also some fabulous transitional pieces you can pick up for Spring!
These photos were snapped a few weeks ago (thanks to my dear friend Joelle of La Petite Noob) and I didn’t get the chance to post them until now. Admittedly speaking, I was subconsciously convinced that winter was over and most of you wouldn’t be too interested in this casual cold-weather outfit. But guess what, the warmer climate had me totally fooled and looks like we’re not escaping the chilly temperatures just yet!
It’s been weeks since I did anything active with my body! Pathetic, I know. So glad I finally got myself to a hot yoga session over the weekend and boy do I feel energized. Last Sunday was the best kind of Sunday, the ones that are super productive yet relaxing. I trotted around city after yoga to enjoy a nice brunch with Kyle and later shopped around for bags full of groceries and a much needed counter-top spiralizer (by the way, life changing, really!).
I long for days where I can lounge in comfortable yet versatile gear that can bring me from the studio to the streets. I absolutely adore this marbled print hoodie (on sale) and heathered grey leggings from Bench Canada. Not only are they great for pre-workout, but both are fabulous as everyday lifestyle pieces.

I paid a visit to my favourite Bench store at the Eaton Center and shopped a few must have looks for this summer. Hello! A colourful post today to celebrate the amazing sunny days we’ve been experiencing in Toronto. I’ve been sporting dark colors all winter long to my workouts. To welcome Spring, I absolutely had pick up some new bright active wear.
I am totally obsessed with these Capri Painterly Capris ($69) from Bench Canada, they make me feel all kinds of unicorns and rainbows and certainly adds an extra dose of motivation to my workout routine. Alongside with these pants, I also added an extra pop of color with this Onetimer II ($119) windbreaker jacket also from Bench Canada. I’ve mentioned before in this post that I really love the way their clothing fits, I’m wearing an XS in both pieces.

We had a delightfully mild Sunday this weekend which led me to leave my winter coat at home and sported this fleece lined hoodie from Bench instead. I particularly love the fit of Bench hoodies.
