Dress for the Moon! This week’s edition of Style Eh? features Canadian fashion label, MOON Apparel created by the designing Mimran family and Canadian design icon Alfred Sung. MOON was originally launched in 2010 at The Bay and in August 2012, they officially launched their online shopping site – Start Shopping Now!.
Here is my weekly feature of Style Eh?. Sorry I’m a tad late as I was enjoying the sunny weather in San Francisco the last few days, it was an amazing trip out to the coast! Back to this week’s feature – I’d like to pay tribute to Canadian founded affordable clothing brand – Garage Clothing. I really like the casual style Garage Clothing brings at great price points. Though Garage Clothing offers casual wear, however paired with a great pair of heels or the right amount of accessories, it brings together casual and glam pieces.
This week’s Style Eh? features one of my favourite brands founded in Toronto, Canada – Club Monaco, now an internationally known. They offer style, luxury, and materials feels like heaven to the skin. I absolutely adore Club Monaco’s style that is both classic and modern. I will honestly say, I will wear everything single item they carry. The brand focuses on key pieces for each season, best suited to mix and match to create your own unique looks. I’ve picked some of my favourites below. Fur lined, leather piping, burgundy hues, and snake skin, oh my!
Style Eh? is a series dedicated to spreading the news of beloved Canadian brands. This post is dedicated to Roots Canada (also available in USA and internationally). Roots was born in 1973 inspired by the Algonquin Park and everything it represented. I grew up wearing Roots sweatshirts as a child and have always known that brand by its beaver logo and printed sweats. However, having recently revisited Roots, I’m going gaga over their lifestyle items for this winter season and their awesome leather collections. Roots is definitely going to be my staple this winter while sipping on some hot chocolate at the cabin during the Christmas season. I can’t wait to cozy up in their comfy knits and sweats (something to look forward believe it or not!) Check out some of my personal favourites below!
